1. Merchant of Record

All subscriptions, transactions, and payments for our platform are securely processed and managed by Paddle as our authorized Merchant of Record. Paddle is responsible for all payment compliance, global tax collection, and customer billing.

2. Standard Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via the link provided in your transaction receipts. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

3. Refund Terms and Eligibility

Because all transactions are processed via Paddle, all refund requests, eligibility timelines, and consumer rights are governed entirely by the Paddle Refund Policy.

  • Global Rule: In accordance with Paddle’s terms, all transactions are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by applicable local law or handled on a discretionary basis by Paddle.
  • Statutory Withdrawal Rights: Paddle fully supports and honors unconditional local consumer protection laws and statutory withdrawal rights, including the mandatory 14-day refund window for consumers located in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom, and corresponding regional windows for other international jurisdictions.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience a persistent technical defect that prevents you from accessing the platform’s core features as described, please contact our support team first to attempt to resolve the issue. If it cannot be resolved, a refund may be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection frameworks.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please utilize one of Paddle’s direct buyer support channels to ensure fast processing:

  • Click the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your original email transaction confirmation.
